Additional Description: This Reid Hudson bow plays great, very light, about 135-137 grams. It draws a dark and mellow tone. Very easy to handle. It's a great orchestra and solo bow. I used it on a Cavani bass for two years and it sounded great. There is some wear on the frog from being put between strings for holding. There are also a few wear marks on the tip from unfortunate meetings with music stands. No structural issues though. A Robertson & Sons rep said it was in perfect playing condition. The bow is newly rehaired and ready to go.
